She was on the super-small dose that some recommend. She's now been symptom-free for 10 years, I think I heard. I can attest (and am obviously from Wisconsin) that it has a super effect on me.

I did the diet for about a year and did not notice any difference. I did no sugar, no gluten, no soy, no dairy…..
