WebI'm a 30 year old Female I had an MPFL reconstruction of left knee in 2024 and an MPFL reconstruction with lateral release on the right in 2024. During both of these surgeries and ensuing PT I didn't make a peep about pain. The ligaments themselves are stable, and my surgeon has retired.
