WebGun is different for different use cases, also commander optics means you can do TOW-2B shenanigans. It isn't CITV like the M3A3 and Strf 9040B BILL but it's much the same shenanigans - peek in commander aim mode with only the optics (and launchers depending on cover clearance) over cover to make yourself smaller and harder to hit. WebEhh The M1A1 HC lacks the M1A2's CITV in exchange for the APS and it's APS is pretty terrible against the actually dangerous ATGM's. And compared to the Leopard 2A6 and the Russian top tiers it doesn't really belong at 11.0. IPM1 is insanely overtiered. The IPM1 should have stayed at either 10.0 or 10.3.
