In steam click right on Bannerlord to go to properties and put in patch 1.6 to play. Eagle rising also needs to be a previous/older patch that works on 1.6. I did it like this and have it working fine. My first advice would be to check to be sure you've got the proper version of Eagle Rising installed for your game version; beyond that, I'd have to ask what other mods you might be running, because it sounds a bit like a conflict.
