Batey park
웹Battery Park area is very touristy during the day, but gets "vacant" at night. To me, it's a bit too congested with tourists and not in a good way like Times Square. There are subways in the area, but you'll spend a lot of time on the subway. 15 minutes to Times Square, 20-25 minutes to Central Park.
